Brian Whittingham.

I am saddened to hear of the recent passing of Brian Whittingham, Renfrewshire's Tannahill Makkar.

Despite his recovering from a stroke, and the evolving Covid situation, Brian kindly met with me early in the pandemic to film an introduction to my film about Walter McCorrisken. He asked me to take this picture for his blog. I recently bumped into Brian again when working on the Renfrew Victory Baths 100 celebrations. Sympathy to his loved ones.
